3. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
Bookings
Lessons are scheduled through our booking platform , Acuity.
Payment
Payment may be required at the time of booking
All prices are listed in USD
You agree to provide accurate payment information
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations may be charged in full
No-shows are non-refundable
We may cancel or reschedule lessons due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or credit.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion
6. Lesson Conduct & Expectations
You agree to:
Arrive on time and prepared
Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior
Follow reasonable instruction during lessons
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if behavior is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

You acknowledge that participating in music instruction involves risks, including physical strain or injury.
